Orders and Shipping
We aim to get your order sent out as soon as possible. If you require your order by a specific date please write the date required in the notes section of your order during the checkout process
During the checkout process you can state your desired delivery address. If you wish to change the address after your order please contact us
You will be sent tracking information once your order has been shipped.
We do not keep any credit card information for security reasons. All online orders are securely encrypted.
All orders shipped to the UK are VAT chargeable. Any items that are excluded from VAT (Safety Boots) are not charged at time of sale.
We ship parcels globally on a day to day basis. During checkout process please select your country and the website will quote your delivery charges

If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
You can return any stock item within 30 days of purchase. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging & with all labels intact . If goods have been specifically tailored or altered, this may incur a 20% surcharge.
Where Garments are not returned in a state suitable for general re-sale, refunds will only be made up to a maximum of 70% of the Value of the goods at our discretion.
Any postal charges incurred will only be refunded in the case of faulty goods. We cannot accept liability for any goods lost / damaged in return transit – the sender must be responsible for pursuing any claims to this effect with the courier concerned. Proof of posting is ALWAYS recommended.
Any exchanges will be posted back to you but will incur a postal charge.
We work tirelessly to get your items to you correctly. However if you have received an incorrect item please contact us and we do whatever we can to rectify the issue.
If you item doesn’t fit please send the item back to us and we can arrange a replacement size or refund. Please be sure to include a covering note with your details and if you require a refund/replacement.
